πΊ Steve Bruce spoke to the media earlier today ahead of Monday's game against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
SB on Arsenal:
"We wanted to win the cup tie and maybe did enough. We had two big chances. We know it's going to be difficult but it's the way we approach it, and approaching it in the right manner."
SB on seeing a reaction:
"You always want a response from your team and I expect one. Yes, in the Premier League you're going to get beaten but certainly the other night, the way we went about it, wasn't good enough."
SB on Sheffield United:
"I have to take the responsibility of it. I'll analyse it again and get us to change. We've shown a certain way over the last few games and when you come away from that it's unacceptable."
π Steve Bruce ahead of #ARSNEW:
"Jamal Lewis could come back in. Jamaal Lascelles too. We've got a problem with Federico FernΓ‘ndez. Allan Saint-Maximin is training today or tomorrow which is good news but he's been out for around seven weeks so we'll have to monitor him."
A very happy birthday to Martin DΓΊbravka! π₯³π
Have a good day, @HecoDubravka!
